Location was particularly good and favourable, near ferry. We could enjoy views onto the “ skyline ” of Luxor's central attractions.

We had an amazing stay at a beautiful place with an unbeatable location. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The terrace offered breathtaking views, and we even got great restaurant recommendations. Plus, the proximity to taxis, restaurants, and the river made exploring so convenient. we couldn't ask for a more perfect place to stay in Luxor. We highly recommend it and can't wait to come back!

There was a slight unpleasant smell in the bathroom, but it was promptly fixed upon request. Additionally, the soap dispenser didn't work, but it was just a small inconvenience.

It had a super setting next to Luxor and beyond, the mountain and the dense green fields towards west and many restaurants nearby including new opened' Wan na Art Cafe' -all vegetarian & highly recomend. There was huge and clean room, had the needed amenities...

Loved how huge the rooms were, plus climate control, multi-channel TV and a microwave were provided. There was a handy kitchenette with appliances.

Had an amazing experience at a charming Egyptian restaurant with the best meal ever. The host and the staff were so wonderful, they really looked after us. Didn't have any complaints, didn't want to leave! 🌟

Spacious, clean flat with grand private balcony. Beautifully decorated rooftop offering stunning views of the river Nile and nearby temple. Perfect location on peaceful street by the Nile, with easy access to the East Bank. Hospitable owner and housekeeper go above and beyond. Worth the stay!

I had a wonderful time at Nile Sunrise Flats. The location was perfect for exploring both the Westbank and the Eastbank. The staff, especially Taha, were incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The hotel was clean and the rooms were well-furnished, with a fantastic balcony overlooking the Nile. There was a convenient market and ATM right on the ground floor. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay. Avoid paying for expensive hotels when you can find everything you need here!

The location of this hotel is perfect, as it is situated straight down the promenade, near the city centre. there is a lovely Egyptian restaurant nearby where we had the most spectacular meal. the hotel is also conveniently located near two shops directly outside, making it easy to access any necessities. the room was large and comfortable, with a separate sitting area. the rooftop deck provided a stunning view of the Nile and the Luxor temple, perfect for enjoying breakfast in the sun.

Some guests mentioned that the internet and wifi can be unreliable at times, which could be problematic for those needing to have online meetings or require a consistent internet connection.

We had an amazing stay here! The flat was incredibly spacious and clean. The private balcony was a grand addition. The rooftop terrace, where we enjoyed breakfast, had a beautiful view of the Nile River and the nearby Luxor Temple. The location was perfect, in a peaceful area on the West bank, and it was easy to cross to the East bank by taking one of the affordable boats just outside the hotel. The staff, including the home owner and housekeeper, were incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We truly felt welcome and well taken care of!

Loved the fact that the hotel had free WiFi, so I could post all my fabulous vacation pictures on Instagram. The apartment was spacious with a private entrance, making me feel like a VIP.

Oh, and how could I forget the amazing vegetarian breakfast? Definitely not worth waking up early for.

The staff treated me like family, especially Taha the manager who went above and beyond to ensure I had a local experience and helped me find the best tours in Luxor.

The breakfast experience could be improved with more variety and options.

The owner was incredible and helped us even though we were sick. The terrasse was amazing and you can order delicious food to your patio. The host easily helped us organize tours and the WiFi worked perfectly.
